Note: Requests with incomplete or unprofessional information may result in delays or failure to resolve the issue. Please write in a clear and polite manner. Always include your student details and attach a screenshot if possible.

If you encounter an "Invalid Credentials" error when trying to log in, please make sure of the following:

  • You are using your correct Student ID.
  • Your password is your Date of Birth in YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g., 2004-08-15). If it doesn't work either, try the Date of Birth printed on your Certificate of Enrollment (COE) last semester.
If the steps above still do not work:
Please visit the ICT Unit at the 3rd floor of the Main Building for assistance. Bring your Student ID and a screenshot of the error if possible.

If you encounter a server error (e.g., Error 500) while trying to log in, it may be a temporary system issue.

Please visit the Dean's Office of your respective college and request a password reset.

  • Student ID Number
  • Last Name, First Name
  • Contact Number
  • Date of Birth (YYYY-MM-DD)

Your identity will be verified before any changes are made.

🔐 Note: Reset passwords will be set back to your default password.

The General Weighted Average (GWA) will only appear once all subject grades have been officially submitted and approved. If one or more grades are missing, your GWA will not yet be computed.

This could be due to the following:

  • Your faculty has not yet submitted the grade
  • The grade is still pending review or approval
