Quick answers for common portal concerns.

Before you send a request
Incomplete or unprofessional messages may cause delays. Please be clear and polite, include your student details, and attach a screenshot if possible.
Use a proper browser
For best results, open the Student Portal using a standard browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Avoid using in-app browsers from Facebook, Messenger, or other social media apps, as they may prevent email verification and other features from working correctly.

Please verify the following:

  • Use your correct Student ID.
  • Your default password is your Date of Birth (YYYY-MM-DD).

On-site assistance
If your concern is not resolved via email, visit the ICT Unit, 3rd Floor, Main Building. Bring your Student ID and a screenshot if available.

If you encounter a server error, email:

Include these details

  • Last Name, First Name
  • Contact Number

On-site assistance
If the issue persists, visit the ICT Unit, 3rd Floor, Main Building.

You can reset your password online using the Forgot Password page:

If you can’t reset online, visit the Dean’s Office of your college.
Please bring/provide
  • Student ID Number
  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Date of Birth (YYYY-MM-DD)
Reset passwords will be reverted to the default password.

If you’re not receiving the verification email, please check the following:

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder.
  • Make sure your email address is typed correctly in your account settings.
  • Wait a few minutes and try sending the verification email again.
Use a proper browser (important)
Please open the portal using a standard browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Avoid using the built-in browser inside Facebook, Messenger, or other social media apps, because these in-app browsers may block or limit email verification features.

Your GWA appears only after all grades are submitted and approved.
